📱 Paradino Mobile App Overview
The Paradino mobile app — now available on the App Store and Google Play — is a simple, secure tool for recording in-person meetings or dictating notes, with seamless upload to Paradino.
🔐 Sign In
Log in securely using your Paradino credentials. All data is encrypted end-to-end to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.
🎙️ Start Recording
To begin, tap Record. Whether you're capturing a live meeting or dictating notes, the app records high-quality audio with a single tap.
⏸️ Pause Recording
To pause recording, tap Pause. When you're ready to start recording again, tap Resume, or Stop to end the recording session.
🛑 Stop Recording
To stop recording, tap the Stop button and wait for the recording to stop.
🔁 Playback & Share
Need to review your recording? You can play back all sessions directly in the app, Using the playback controls: Play, Pause and Restart.
Tap Share to send the file via AirDrop, save to Files, or share through other supported apps.
📞 Import Recordings
Need to record calls or import a recording? You can import files from your device:
- Tap Upload.
- Tap the Select an audio file button.
- Select a file from your device.
- Select the client.
- Choose a meeting note template.
- Tap Upload
You can also share recordings from other apps:
- Select Paradino from the sharing menu.
- Select the client.
- Choose a meeting note template.
- Tap Upload
⬆️ Upload to Paradino
When you're ready to upload:
- Tap Upload.
- Select the client.
- Choose a meeting note template.
- Tap Upload.
The file is securely transferred to Paradino. It will appear in your meeting summaries with a “Pending” status while it processes.
