Prompt Library

The Prompt Library is where your practice keeps its best prompts. Save a prompt once and reuse it whenever you're working with a client, and because prompts are shared across your organisation, everyone benefits from the ones that work well.

Where to find it

In the main sidebar, under Practice, open Prompt Library.

Create a prompt

  1. Click New Prompt.
  2. Enter the prompt text: the instruction you'd give Athena, written exactly as you'd type it in chat.
  3. (Optional) Attach a Template so the prompt is associated with the template it's meant to be used with.
  4. (Optional) Choose a Module (Workspace or Client Meetings) to note where the prompt is intended to be used.
  5. Click Save.

Use a saved prompt

Saved prompts are available in the client Workspace chat. Click Ask something else in the chat composer, and your saved prompts are listed there under Saved Prompts. Choose one to drop it straight into your message to Athena.

You can also build your library as you go: when you write a message in chat that works well, use Save to Prompt Library on that message to add it without leaving the conversation.

Edit or delete a prompt

Open any prompt you've created to Edit its text, template, or module, or to Delete it from the library. Changes apply for everyone in your organisation.

Licensee-managed prompts

Some prompts are provided and maintained by your licensee. These are marked as licensee managed and are read-only: you can use them in chat like any other prompt, but they can't be edited or deleted from your library.
