Client Summaries and File Notes
From meeting to file note in just minutes. Your meeting recordings and transcripts can be used to generate file notes from Client Meetings > Summaries.
Summaries in Paradino can be used to create any type of file note, whether it's an initial discovery, a fact find, or a review call.
All summaries created in Paradino are based on the templates in your account. This means your generated summary is structured and focused on what's relevant. Paradino summarises your client recordings from your point of view, as the adviser, identifying each speaker in the meeting and intelligently mapping speakers to names, so the end result reads naturally, as though you wrote it. Client quotes can also be extracted and worked seamlessly into the summary.
If there is client-specific information or there are documents to be considered in your summary, you can upload these into your client knowledge base for Athena to digest and incorporate (Client > Workspace > Knowledge Base > Upload).
We've provided a number of default best-practice templates you can use to generate your summaries. If you want to customise any of these or add your own, follow the Customising Templates guide.
