You can add your adviser and licensee details, as well as adding a document style guide.

Click on your User Profile icon in the top right navigation bar.

Adding adviser and licensee details

Add your adviser and licensee details in plain English. Paradino's AI agent, Athena, will use this to populate your advice documents, including Advice Requests and Records of Advice.

Adding a document style guide

Upload an example Word document (.docx) and Paradino will automatically generate a style guide from it, so your meeting summaries and advice documents match your branding. Paradino captures your headings, table styles, fonts, and page margins, along with everything in your headers and footers (including logos, dates, and page numbers). It reads only the formatting, not the words you've written, so you can safely use a document you already have as your example.

Go to User Settings → Emails & Formatting → Auto-generate style guide, choose a .docx file (up to 5 MB), and click Upload. Paradino shows what it applied, and you can download, replace, or remove your style guide at any time. Prefer to build one yourself? You can also create a style guide from scratch.
