Quickstart
This guide will get you started in Paradino and generate your first meeting summary.
Record your meeting
The first step is to record your meeting. You can use any virtual meeting provider, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. You can even record a Voice Memo on your iPhone or use our dedicated mobile apps.
Here are the guides to download your recording from your meeting or recording platform:
For in-person meetings, or if you forgot to record your meeting and need to dictate a file note, you can record live in Paradino, by creating or selecting a client and navigating to Client Meetings.
Client or team meeting
Paradino can summarise both client and team meetings. Client meetings are meetings that you have with a client, or an internall discussion about a client that you want to store in the client file (workspace). Examples of client meeting summaries are file notes and letters of engagement. Team meetings are team meetings or board meetings.
Select your client, template and the date of your meeting
Before generating your first meeting summary, you need to create a new client clicking "New Client" in the side bar. You will be able to use this client in subsequent meeting summaries and advice documents. Next, navigate to Client Meetings and pick a template to use. There are some default templates to get you started across all financial planning and accounting meetings. There are also templates for letters and agreements.
If you are an intelliflo office user, you will need to install the Paradino app in intelliflo first, then head to Integrations in Paradino and connect. This will allow you to use your client list and sync all your generated documentation.
Upload a recording
Now it's time to upload a recording. You can either upload a video, audio or transcript, or, click the Mic icon and record live in Paradino. We accept pdf, txt, vtt, mp4, mp3, aac, wav, m4a or webm files.
Your generated summary
In 1-4 minutes, your meeting summary will be completed and you can view and edit it in the document editor. This works just like Google Docs and Microsoft Word. Your changes will be auto-saved, and you can download your summary as a word document (docx). You can also click on the Mail icon and send a client friendly follow-up email summarising your meeting.
