## Creating an Advice Presentation

To create an advice presentation, navigate to the **Strategy Assist** module. An advice presentation can be generated once a Statement of Advice has already been created.

> You must have a Statement of Advice generated before you can create an advice presentation. The presentation button will appear once this prerequisite is met.

### Generation Process

1. Click the **Advice Presentation** button (or **Create New**)
2. The system will generate all slides automatically (this takes 1-2 minutes)
3. Slides will appear progressively as they're generated

The generated presentation typically includes:

* Cover slide
* Client objectives
* Current situation analysis
* Strategy recommendations
* Charts and tables with financial data
* Action items and next steps

## Presentation Views

Paradino offers four different view modes to help you work with your presentations efficiently:

### Grid View

Get a quick preview of all slides in a thumbnail grid layout. Perfect for getting an overview of your entire presentation at a glance.

### Slideshow Mode

Full-screen presentation mode designed for client meetings.

* Use arrow keys to navigate between slides
* Press `Escape` to exit slideshow mode
* Clean, professional interface optimised for presentations

### List View

View slides one at a time with easy navigation. Ideal for reviewing content sequentially.

### Side-by-Side List View

Display the slide and Athena's chat interface side by side. This view makes it easy to see changes in real-time as you make edits through chat.

## Editing with Athena

Athena, Paradino's AI assistant, is available in the chat interface on the left side of the screen. You can use natural language to make changes to your presentation.

### What You Can Edit

**Content**

Modify text, bullet points, and headings on any slide

**Charts**

Add, remove, or modify charts with specific data visualisations

**Tables**

Insert or update tables with financial information

**Flow Charts**

Create visual diagrams to explain processes or strategies

**Slides**

Add or delete entire slides from your deck

### Example Prompts

Here are some examples of how to interact with Athena:

```text
"For slide 7, create a bar chart instead of all this text"
```

```text
"Delete slides 4-7 for me please"
```

```text
"Add a new slide after slide 3 showing the retirement timeline"
```

```text
"Make the font larger on slide 5"
```

> Athena can make both slide-level changes (editing individual slides) and deck-level changes (affecting the entire presentation).

## Theme Customisation

Customise the look and feel of your presentations to match your brand identity.

### Accessing Theme Manager

Click the **Manage Themes** button to open the theme customisation panel.

### Basic Settings

**Theme Name**

Give your theme a descriptive name (e.g., "Jeremy Parrot Brand")

**Brand Mark**

Upload your company logo or brand mark

**Colors**

Customise primary, secondary, and accent colors

### Advanced Settings

Access advanced customisation options for more detailed control:

* **Fonts**: Choose from available font families
* **Font Sizing**: Adjust default font sizes for headings and body text
* **Content Alignment**: Set default alignment for text and elements
* **Spacing**: Customise padding and margins

### Applying Themes

When you apply a theme:

* It affects **all presentations** (existing and future)
* The theme persists for newly created presentations
* Regenerating a presentation from scratch will use the applied theme

> Applying a theme affects all presentations in your account, not just the current one. Make sure you're satisfied with your theme before applying it.

### Manual Editing in PowerPoint

Once exported, you can make manual changes in PowerPoint:
